Andrea Ackroyd, Owner

Over the last 10+ years, Profits Through People founder Andrea Ackroyd has helped a number of diverse organizations capitalize on opportunities, reach their goals, thrive through change and improve their profits.

After more than two decades working in a large corporation across Canada in a variety of operations leadership, accounting and project management roles both in the field and at head office, Andrea founded Profits Through People so she could apply her business expertise and knowledge to help other organizations achieve their goals.

Today, as a Business Resource, Andrea uses her unique blend of people skills and business savvy to support large and small organizations by temporarily augmenting existing talent as they onboard business, implement new systems, refine reporting, improve processes, transition to new organizational structures, build skills and ultimately increase profits.

Profits Through People is now based in Kelowna, BC and from that location Andrea serves clients in the Okanagan region, BC and across Canada.

Provide the necessary focus and framework to transition to a new system. Andrea’s experience in business mergers, systems conversions, accounting and change leadership equip her with unique skills to drive orderly system migrations.

Learning Design & Facilitation

Give your team the tools and support they need to move your organization forward. With her experience in business and adult education, Andrea creates and facilitates custom workshops to suit your unique learners, objectives and organizational culture. Andrea builds skills and knowledge in an interactive, engaging and safe learning environment.
